No exceptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult while on the property<\/strong> at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian\u2019s signature on the liability waiver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety &amp; Property Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No washing of vehicles or equipment is allowed on the premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motorized vehicles are not permitted on grass areas, including for parking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No one under 18 may operate any vehicle (including bicycles) without a helmet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only individuals with a valid driver\u2019s license and proper permits may operate motorized vehicles on the property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cabins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No muddy clothes or boots inside cabins. Outdoor hooks are provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No smoking or vaping inside any cabin. A <strong>$250 cleaning fee<\/strong> will be charged for violations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No pets allowed in cabins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Noise &amp; Courtesy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please be respectful of other guests at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parking is allowed only in designated areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep noise to a minimum \u2014 no loud music, including during arrival and departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fishing &amp; Pond Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fishing is catch-and-release only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No swimming in the pond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trash &amp; Cleanliness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All garbage must be kept indoors and properly contained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave trash in vehicles, on porches, or in outdoor areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not burn trash (including cans or bottles) in fire pits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check-In \/ Check-Out<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> 3:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> 11:00 AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a nominal fee, subject to availability and office hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amenities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ice, firewood, charcoal, and water are available on-site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A camp store is planned for a future phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment &amp; Surcharge Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>3% surcharge<\/strong> will be applied to any purchase or reservation made with a credit card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This surcharge helps offset credit card processing fees and will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash, debit cards, and other accepted payment methods are not subject to this surcharge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any damages to property, cabins, or facilities will be charged to the card on file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability Waivers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All guests and visitors must sign our liability waiver and upload or provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID before checking in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed waivers and ID images are stored securely on our servers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds, Privacy Policy, and Agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By making a reservation or visiting the property, you acknowledge and agree to our <strong>Refund Policy<\/strong>, <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>, and these <strong>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full details of our Refund Policy are available upon request or during the booking process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE HEART OF TACKETT LLC<\/strong> Email: <a href=\"mailto:heartoftackett@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">heartoftackett@gmail.com<\/a> Phone: 423-504-0466<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for choosing Heart of Tackett.
