This Refund and Reservation Policy outlines the terms for reservations made through the website operated by THE HEART OF TACKETT LLC.

No Refund Policy

All reservations are non-refundable once they are booked and paid for.

Reservation Changes or Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel or change their reservation date if the request is made at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled start date of the reservation.

For example, if a reservation is scheduled to begin on April 15, 2026, the customer must contact us no later than April 1, 2026 in order to request a cancellation or date change.

If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe:

  • No monetary refund will be issued.
  • The reservation may be rescheduled to another available date, or
  • The total amount paid may be issued as credit that can be used toward a future reservation.

Late Cancellations

Requests to cancel or modify a reservation made less than fourteen (14) days before the reservation start date will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
