Heart of Tackett Terms & Conditions

General Rules

  • The speed limit on the property is 8 MPH at all times.
  • All guests and visitors must sign a liability waiver before entering the property. No exceptions.
  • Individuals under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature on the liability waiver.

Safety & Property Use

  • Fires are only permitted in designated areas.
  • No washing of vehicles or equipment is allowed on the premises.
  • Motorized vehicles are not permitted on grass, including for parking.
  • No one under 18 may operate any vehicle (including bicycles) without a helmet.
  • Only individuals with a valid license and permit may operate motorized vehicles on the property.

Cabins

  • No muddy clothes or boots inside cabins. Outdoor hooks are provided.
  • No smoking or vaping in any cabin. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
  • No pets allowed in cabins.

Noise & Courtesy

  • Please be respectful of other guests at all times.
  • Parking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Keep noise to a minimum.
  • No loud music, including during arrival and departure.

Fishing & Pond Use

  • Fishing is catch and release only.
  • No swimming in the pond.

Trash & Cleanliness

  • All garbage must be kept indoors and properly contained.
  • Do not leave trash in vehicles, porches, or outdoor areas.
  • Do not burn trash (including cans or bottles) in fire pits.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a nominal fee, depending on office hours and availability.

Amenities

  • Ice, firewood, charcoal, and water are available on-site.
  • A camp store is planned for a future phase.

Damages

  • Any damages to property or facilities will be charged to the card on file.

Liability Waivers

  • All guests and visitors must sign our liability waiver and provide a copy of a government issued photo ID before checking in.
